Leadership Perry 2024 Program Gears Up for a Successful Year Ahead

Leadership Perry is an exciting and informative program that connects and empowers diverse and emerging leaders in the Perry area. With a focus on enhancing the leadership base of Perry and Houston County, Leadership Perry delivers adaptive learning techniques that link leadership skills to real challenges specific to future growth and economic development in the area.

Through ten (10) engaging and interactive sessions, participants gain in-depth knowledge about key community issues while honing their leadership skills through adaptive and reflective learning experiences. The program offers a unique opportunity to explore different locations throughout Houston County, including a visit to the State Capitol. At the end of the program, participants graduate with a strong foundation for leadership.

Leadership Perry has successfully educated and equipped hundreds of emerging leaders in Middle Georgia, providing them with valuable insights into the social, economic, and political dynamics of our community. By encouraging participants to step out of their comfort zones, the program fosters improved engagement and knowledge through a strengths-based leadership experience. Not only are participants challenged to be effective and influential leaders within their own organizations, but they are also motivated to make a positive impact on our wider community through personal commitment and involvement.
